How long will it take for my order to ship?

I typically ship out orders within 5-7 business days, but some items ship within 3-5 days. I always strive to ship them out as quickly as possible. Please be aware that shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Please note that USPS delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed for USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Shipping. Upgraded shipping options at checkout do not change the processing time. If you need an item by a specific date, please message us before making your purchase so we can work with you to ensure timely delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

What if there is a problem with my order?

In the event that there are issues with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that I do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. However, if I made a mistake, I'll absolutely work with you to fix it. Please send photos demonstrating any damage or defects, and I will assist you in replacing the item right away.

What is your policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds?

What size shirt do you recommend I order?

Don't let the "unisex" tag fool you! The unisex shirt's designed to flatter everyone. The unisex shirts have a relaxed fit inspired by men's sizing. Ladies, for a classic, fitted look, size down one from your usual women's size. Guys, your regular size is your golden ticket. Remember, a little extra room is part of the relaxed charm! Some of our women's sizes run a bit small, so I'd recommend sizing up on any women's clothing options.

What brand of shirts do you use?

Unisex shirts are Bella Canvas, racerbacks are District, women's muscle tanks are Bella Canvas, sweatshirts are either Bella Canvas or Gildan depending on application type. Please note that if a specific shirt brand is out of stock, we will do our best to replace it with a similar shirt type to ensure you still receive your order in a timely manner. Although we strive to keep our inventory up to date, inventory shortages can occur due to shortages across the United States. If there is a shortage with an item you ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Can I buy/use a design for personal or commercial use?

No. All designs created by North Owl Apparel are the property of North Owl Apparel and are protected by copyright law. No one is authorized to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of North Owl Apparel's designs without the express written permission. This includes personal and commercial use. Any unauthorized use will be considered copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

What if my package has not arrived and is lost in the mail?

Packages are shipped out USPS Ground Advantage. Tracking numbers are provided and can verify if your item was delivered. Buyers are responsible for ensuring a correct mailing address with their orders and also a secure location for USPS to deliver your package. Once and item is in the hands of USPS, it is out of my control. If a package is delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local post office.

What if my mailing address is incorrect on my order?

Please ensure that your mailing address is correct at checkout. North Owl Apparel is not responsible if a package is sent to an incorrect address. However, if you notice an incorrect address was submitted please contact me right away. I can edit the shipping address before your item is sent out.

How can I ensure my package arrives on time during the holidays?

The end of the year is a very busy time for USPS and other carriers. Please understand that package arrival dates are only estimates provided by USPS. There may be carrier delays that are out of our shop's control. If you need an item by a specific date, please message me before making your purchase so I can work with you to ensure timely delivery.
